Dissertation is theoretical and experimental research of process of forming of professional readiness of future specialists of informative safety to the priv information security with a limit access, in that the theoretical analysis of development of industry of informative safety is reflected on the basis of world level of SciTech, organization of process of professional preparation specialists of

 

informative safety in higher educational establishments of Ukraine. Normatively- legal, theoretical, psychological and pedagogical bases of forming professional readiness of future specialists in informative safety are certain to the priv with a limit access in the process of professional preparation in higher educational establishments, its component structure, criteria and levels of formed. Pedagogical conditions of process formation readiness future specialists in information security to protect information with future specialists of informative safety is carried out to the priv information security with a limit access: 1) noosphere-innovative content of professional training of future specialists in information security; 2) innovative educational and information environment of professional training future specialists in information security in higher education; 3) innovative technologies of formation of readiness for realization of professional competences of information protection with restricted access future information security experts; 4) scientific and methodological support of the process of formation readiness future specialists in information security to protect information with restricted access - electronic educational-methodical complex with innovative software tools, implements noosphere content of professional education of specialists in information security; 5) monitoring of formation of professional readiness of future specialists of information security to protect information with limit access.

During the formative experiment designed and implemented a model of formation of professional readiness of students of information security to protect information with limit access, which is a matrix of certain pedagogical conditions. Researched and tested their effectiveness according to a certain component structure, criteria and level differential characteristic of formation of high-quality professional signs, implemented the methodological development of the competence-oriented problem-based learning, monitoring the process of comprehensive evaluation of professional readiness to implement the special competencies of information security and information protection with restricted access on the basis of case-technologies model problems as close as possible to professional activities. Developed scientific- methodical, software and technical support for the implementation of the model of formation of professional readiness of future specialists to the protection of information with limit access. An electronic scientific-methodical complex of the modified programs and digital library specific academic disciplines using online collections of Manuals for information security (ISMS), which form the first line of protection of information with limit access and International ISO standards, experience of developing effective systems of information protection, risk analysis of world level of development of the information technology industry (proceedings of the digital libraries of the departments of applied information security and car library leading universities in the world). Experimental research of efficiency of realization of pedagogical terms and model of forming of professional readiness of future specialists of informative safety is carried out to the priv with a limit access in the process of professional preparation in higher educational establishments, statistical treatment and analysis of results of experimental research.
